7 cara nak nampak muda..besh kan?


Aku baru cuba praktikkan apa yg baru aku pelajari tadi...


  1. SET YOURSELF A WORRY LIMIT : stress is ageing tau! jadik, nak stop endless worrying, kita kna set a time to worry everyday ( contohnya 7.00- 7.25pm sahaja ). After that time, stop worrying for the day.

  2. LOVE YOURSELF : it encourages you to take more care of yourself & skin.

  3. INVEST IN BEAUTY : do buy something to reward yourself.or else buy cosmetics which everyone is talking about. alah, cam Diors Capture R60/80XP tu..

  4. HAVE REGULAR MASSAGES : can improve blood flow & calming too..syiokkk ooo!!!

  5. DRINK WATER AND EAT COLURFUL FRUITS : antioxcidants help ur body tight back.

  6. EXERCISE : to rejuvenate the minds and body.

  7. AVOID THE SUN & POLLUTED AIR

itulah sajer petuanya..sama2 lah kita mengamalkannya utk kebaikan bersama...

biasa nyer bab petua ni mmg bagus kalau di amalkan,, tapi kengkadang sekali sekala jer buat tu yang tak nampak hasil tuh kan...:)
